"Now that I found your website I now know what a "Coot" is.  Last week while driving around my destroyed hometown (Thanks a lot Hurricane Katrina), I spotted what appeared to be a mini-military vehicle under a pile of trash. It had military NDT tires and was "over-built", and looked like a mini Gama Goat. I saw the decal which said "COOT". I couldn't consult my book collection as that was destroyed also.
